Michal specialises in transport law, contract law, competition law and public aid, corporate law, energy and petroleum consulting and representation in court and administrative proceedings.
Before founding SNIEHOTTA & VAJDA LEGAL advokátní kancelář s.r.o., Michal took part in a wide range of major projects. Among other things, he represented a client in a set of criminal and civil lawsuits for performance worth several billions of CZK. Lukáš is a partner, executive director and a managing attorney in our law firm. He is a member of the Committee for Criminal Law of the Czech Bar Association. Lukáš started his career in 2011 at the law office of JUDr. Petr Šustek, Ph.D., where he dealt primarily with civil and medical law. He also worked as an assistant of a Member of Parliament in the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, gaining valuable experience in working with legislation, creating anti-corruption regulations and providing legal advice to municipalities.
While working at Dvorak Hager & Partners law firm, Lukáš focused on providing legal services in the area of corporate and labour law. He then spent three years at the Brož & Sokol & Novák Law Office, where he dealt in particular with criminal and civil law cases and he represented clients in civil and administrative proceedings. Thus he gained extensive experience with the defence of both natural persons and legal entities, even with an overlap to international judicial cooperation in criminal matters. He also represented clients in court litigation for performance worth several hundred million CZK. Afterwards, Lukáš worked with Deloitte Legal, where he continued his specialization in criminal and labour law. He also dealt with the criminal liability of legal entities and was responsible for comprehensive preparation of compliance programmes.
